Sunday morning our minister Daniel West brought us another inspirational sermon on “The reason for the season Shine Jesus Shine.” It was preceded by a beautiful song from our choir, “Let There be Peace on Earth.” Flowers were beautiful poinsettias which had been given by Mary Lee and James “Stump” Bass. They always decorate in December with these flowers which continue to be used through the Christmas season. On Tuesday night, the 1st of December, several ladies and gentlemen met and decorated the church which included putting up the lovely Christmas tree.
