The animal hospital held a fundraiser where people could purchase lights for a Christmas tree that was displayed outside the veterinarian office. 620.	Hubbard students raise funds in memory of classmate M. B. Hubbard Elementary School recently raised $888.77 in their Pennies for Patients campaign. The funds will go directly to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to help with cancer research and services for patients. Students and staff at Hubbard conducted the campaign in memory of a very special classmate, Daekwon Brodie who lost his battle with cancer last year. The campaign was kicked off on Daekwon Brodie’s birthday. Officials celebrate opening of EMS station NASHVILLE - Just over a year after breaking ground at the site of Nashville's EMS Station, Nashville leaders, along with Nash County Commissioners, planning staff and Emergency Services staff, celebrated the building's completion.
