CLIFTON "CLIFF" JOSEPH WEEKS, III

ROCKY MOUNT - Clifton "Cliff" Joseph Weeks, III, age 76, passed away on August 29, 2026. Born in Nash County on February 23, 1950, he was the son of the late Clifton Joseph Weeks, Jr. and Eleanor Flye Stallings. He was also preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lee Purvis Weeks and his brother, William David Weeks.

He is survived by his son, Jason Weeks and his wife, Christy, of Winterville; two grandchildren and his aunt.

A Celebration of Life Service to celebrate Cliff's life will be held on Monday, September 7, 2026, at 2 p.m. at Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Rocky Mount with Rev. Charles Taylor officiating. Visitation with the family will be following the service at the funeral home. In classic Cliff style, all are welcome to dress casually and comfortably.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in Cliff's honor to Englewood Baptist Church, 1350 S. Winstead Avenue, Rocky Mount, NC, or Your Choice Resource Center, 400 Sunset Avenue, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.
