MIDDLESEX - Michael Shannon Horton passed away on April 28, 2026.

He is the son of Dida Marie Denton and the late Billy Zester Horton. Along with his mother Michael is survived by his daughters, Taylor Creech and husband Chris, Mikayla Edwards, and Cadyson Outlaw and husband Brett; his sons, Levi Horton and Hunter Horton; five grandchildren; his brother, Billy Wayne Horton and wife Pam; and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 11 a.m. at Heritage Baptist Church, 615 Mack-Todd Road, Zebulon.
