MANSON - Funeral services for Cora Mae Alston, age 88, who died on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 2 p.m. from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg with Associate Min. Bernice Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Hollister.
She is survived by one son, Larry Alston of Norfolk, VA, four sisters, Estelle Mills of Landover, MD, Florence Harrison (Frank) of Hollister, Evanglean Anstead (Joe) of Zebulon and Shirley Hayes (Nathan) of Spring Hope; four brothers, Herbert Alston of Louisburg, Clifton Alston (Ceneida) of Manson, Sidney Alston (Margaret) of Spring Hope, Frank Alston of Norlina; several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
There will be a viewing Friday evening, October 3, 2025 from 6-7 p.m. at the Richardson Funeral Home chapel, Louisburg. |
