Thomas Vernon Whaley, 50, of Edgecombe County, passed away on September 11, 2025. He was born on March 15, 1975, in Edgecombe County to Connie Harrelson Whaley and the late Wayne Whaley. In addition to his father, Thomas was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Wade Vernon Harrelson and Edna Williams, as well as his paternal grandmother, Carrie Lee Whaley.
He is survived by his wife, Tracy Tyson Whaley; his daughter, Raelyn Whaley; his son, Michael Whaley; one grandchild; his mother, Connie Harrelson Whaley; brothers, David Whaley and Jason Whaley; many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025 from 4-5 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home, with the funeral service immediately following. |
