NASHVILLE - Rita Hight, age 66, passed away July 25, 2025. She was born in Franklin County on September 5, 1958 to Perry and Carolyn Goodyear Patterson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Donnie and Michael Patterson and grandson, Henry Branch.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Raymond Hight; daughters, Crystal Hale (Bucky) of Nashville, Tina Collier (Brandon) of Enfield, Regina Taylor (Jerry) of Nashville and Rhonda Branch (Junior) of Spring Hope; sister, Teresa Langston (Jr) of Sharpsburg; several nieces, nephews; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
