JACKSONVILLE, FL - Funeral services for Frankie D. Heggins, age 53, who died on Friday, May 23, 2025, will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 2 p.m. from the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Nashville.
He is survived by his wife, Ladda Heggins of Hawaii; his mother, Viola W. Heggins of Nashville; and his sister, Rhonda Williams of Ewing, NJ.; three daughters: Kelsie Coleman (Lemar) of Jacksonville, FL, Kierra Burton of Norfolk, VA and Kiersten Burton of Fayetteville; seven grandchildren
