Jerry "Bootsie" Dalton Moss Sr., 88, passed away May 31, 2025. He was born September 25, 1936 to the late Willis and Daisey Moss. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers Wade and Clifton Moss; sisters Christine Crickmore and Frances Vickers.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Mildred Moss; daughter Tonya Parker (Darrell); son Dalton Moss (Connie) and Timothy Moss (Deborah); 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; one great great-grandchild; sister Phyllis Ford.

A graveside service will be held at 11a.m on. Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park with Rev. Billy Howell officiating.
