RED OAK - Nadine Moore Van Horn, age 85, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2023. Born in Henrico County, VA on January 15, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Freeman Lee Moore and Jennie Ennis Clark Moore. She was also preceded in death by her four siblings.

Nadine is survived by her husband, Earl W. Van Horn, Jr.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
