Lillian "Nell" Matthews Killette, 88, passed away Saturday, October 21, 2023. She was born December 18, 1934, in Nash County to the late Guy and Agnes Winstead Matthews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Kim Killette; brothers, Carl, Bobby Lee, and Colin.
She is survived by her son, Blake Killette (Brenda); daughter, Joy Towler (Paul); brother, Larry Matthews; 7 grandchildren.
A visitation will be Friday, October 27, 2023, from 12:00-12:45p, with a memorial service to be held in the chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home at 1p.m. |
