NASHVILLE - Robert "Bob" Elwood Holder, Jr., age 73, passed away Saturday, March 11, 2023. He was born in Edgecombe County on November 21, 1949, son of Robert Sr. and Mary Jones Holder. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Tony Johnson.
He is survived by his his wife, Emma Holder; children, Kelby Holder and fiancé, Jamie Narron of Nashville and Michael Brantley Windham and wife, Gene of Pacifica, California; sister, Kathy Johnson of Nashville; three grandchildren; niece and great niece and nephew.
A memorial graveside service will be Thursday, March 16, 2023, at 2 p.m. followed by Military Honors at Forest Hill Cemetery, Nashville. The family will receive friends immediately following the service and other times at the home of Kelby and Jamie. |
