ROCKY MOUNT - Donnie Michael "Mike" Wall, age 66, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2022. Born in Edgecombe County on November 9, 1956, he was the son of the late Clarence Herman Wall and Nellie Mae Marlow Wall. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Bobby Herman Wall.

Mike is survived by his wife of 44 years, Betty Garrett Wall; his daughter, Laurie Wall Brandt and her husband Nick; his son, Donnie Michael "Mike" Wall II, and his wife Tasha; five grandchildren; his brother, Tim Wall; his sisters, Grace Wall Davis, Barbara Wall Lamm, and Pat Wall Baines; his sister-in-law, Sheila Wall; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held November 26, 2022 at Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Burial was at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
