ROCKY MOUNT - Vernon "Dale" Glover, age 63, passed away Saturday, August 27, 2022. Dale was born on February 8, 1959 in Nash County to Hillard and Naomi Winstead Glover. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Charles Winstead, Glenn Glover, Woody Glover, and Gary Glover.
He is survived by his sister, Brenda Glover Bailey and husband, Dennis of Spring Hope; sister-in-law, Phyllis Glover of Rocky Mount; two nephews; one niece; five great nieces.
The family will host a memorial service on Saturday, September 24, 2022, 2 p.m., at Grace Community Fellowship Church, Bailey. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations to help with funeral expenses. |
