ROCKY MOUNT - Funeral services for Alice Delores Wallace, age 85 who died on Saturday, July 9, 2022, will be held on Friday, July 15, 2022 at 2 p.m. from the Galatia A.M.E. Church in Nashville. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery, Nashville.
She is survived by two daughters, Jeanette Wallace of the home and Hazel Wiggings (Henry) of Murfreesboro, NC, one son, James B. Wallace of the home; two sisters, Ilene Howington and Teresa Moss (Samuel) both of Rocky Mount; four brothers, Lorenzo Harrison (Carolyn) of Temple Hill, MD, Leon Battle (Debra) of Rocky Mount, Franklin Battle (Patricia) of Winchester, VA and Alvin Battle (Towana) of Enfield; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held at the Galatia A.M.E. Church in Nashville on Friday, July 15, 2022 from 1 to 2 p.m. |
