Frances Wilder Foster, 90, of Louisburg, went to her heavenly home on Monday, October 25, 2021 surrounded by her daughters. She was the daughter of the late Bert R. and Aileen G. Wilder. The family received friends from 1-2:00 pm on Monday, November 1, 2021 at Sandy Creek Baptist Church, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 pm. Burial follow in the church cemetery.
