NASHVILLE - Kelly Horace Parker, age 77, passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021. Born in Nash County on August 20, 1943, he was the son of the late Rev. Alex Parker and Florence Mae Williams Parker. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Ella Louise Woodruff Parker; his brothers, Luther Willis Parker and Harvey Parker; his sisters, Irene Parker Vester, Linda Mae Parker Hayes, and Christine Parker; and his granddaughter, Leigh Ann Davis.

Kelly is survived by his wife of 10 years, Barbara Leonard Jones Parker; his daughters, Dianne Parker Shearin (Tommy), Karen Parker Johnson (Wayne), and Kelly Parker Pridgen (Chris); his son, Randy William Davis (Tami); his 12 grandchildren; his 20 great-grandchildren; his step-children, Keith Jones (Vikki), Janet Watson (Mark), Bruce Jones (Becky), Tracey Pearce (Randy), Jennifer Cooper (Chris); his 10 step-grandchildren; and his 8 step-great-grandchildren; his sisters, Rosetta Parker Sills, Pattie Parker Dozier (Jerry), and Lizze Parker Eskew Riley; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held August 20, 2021. Burial, Forest Hill Cemetery.
