Shirley Ann Jeans, 82, passed away Thursday, July 15, 2021. She was born March 26, 1939 in Edgecombe County to the late Bennie and Lois Medlin Jeans.
In addition to her parents, Shirley is preceded in death by her son, Tony Pendergrass; daughters, Laura and Lisa; one sister; four brothers.
She is survived by her son, Bobby Pendergrass (Charlie); eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; sisters, Alice Coggin, Edna Goelzer (Norm), Faye Parker, Joyce Vick, and Kay Lilly (William).
A private graveside will be held at a later date. |
