MARIA TERESA HIGH

NASHVILLE - Maria Teresa High, age 63, passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2021. She was born in Rio Rico, Tamaulipas, Mexico on October 4, 1957. She was preceded in death by her father, Eduardo Macias; and her son, Carlos Alberto Garcia.

Maria is survived by her husband, James "Jimmy" Thomas High; her mother, Leonor Martinez Macias; her children, Ricardo Garcia, Jennifer Garcia, Ramon Garcia, Jr., Allen High, and Hope High Bowen; eight grandchildren; her siblings, Tomas Macias (Irma), Maria De Los Angeles Morales (Ermeregildo), Lorenzo Macias, Noemi Rebeca Barrientos (Rey), Jorge Eduardo Macias (Tina), Eddy Macias (Irma), Lucila Rush (Paul), and Julio Cesar Macias, Sr. (Gracie); and many nieces and nephews.

A special gathering of family and Friends will be held on Friday, July 9, 2021 from 6 - 8 p.m. at Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
