THELMA LUCY WILLIAMS AYCOCK

WHITAKERS - Thelma Lucy Williams Aycock, 90, passed away May 28, 2021. She was born September 15, 1930 in Halifax County to the late Archibald and Viola Williams. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her spouse, Lester G. Aycock; son, Donald "Pete" Aycock; daughters, Betty Taylor and Linda Bennett; sister, Mary Bozart; brothers, Paul and Ray Williams.

Thelma is survived by her daughter, Anne White (Charlie); son, Jimmy Aycock; nine grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; brother, Billy Williams (Sybil); sisters, Jean Barber and Naomi Stroud.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Cornerstone Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Home Care and Hospice.
