ROCKY MOUNT - Kathleen Adams Eveland, age 94, passed away on Friday, April 23, 2021. Born in Nash County on November 7, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Henry Clay and Bluma Bottoms Adams. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Christopher Reuben Eveland; her sisters, Jessie Baker, Betty Jackson, Dorothy Jones and Iva Briggs; and her brothers, William "Bill" Adams, Edward "Mickey" Adams and Marvin Earl Adams.
Kathleen is survived by many nieces and nephews;.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 1 p.m. at Pineview Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Johnson Funeral Home. Following the service, family and friends are invited to Debbie and Al Mills residence at 4982 Davis Road.
