Wayne Eugene Hiatt, Sr., 88, passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2021. He was born April 18, 1933 in Forsyth County to the late James and Bertha Stewart Hiatt. In addition to his parents Wayne was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years Rena Hiatt; brother Chick Hiatt, and sister Sue Martin.

He is survived by his son Gene Hiatt; daughters Debby Corn (Nick III) and Cheryl Longacre; sister Linda Wallace (Jim); five grandchildrenb; five great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 24, 2021 at St. Paul United Methodist Church at 10 a.m.
