ROCKY MOUNT - Patricia "Pat" Clack Harper, age 81, passed away April 15, 2021. Born in Nash County on August 22, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Marvin Linwood Clack and Mabel Strickland Clack. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Jim Clack and her sister, Brenda Clack.

Pat is survived by her husband of 63 years, Joseph "Ray" Harper, Sr. of Rocky Mount; her daughter, Sandra Harper Fuller (Tim), of Anderson, SC; her sons, Martin Lee Harper (Joyce) of Denver, NC, Joseph "Joey" Ray Harper, Jr. (April) of Red Oak and Linwood Harper (Susan) of Rocky Mount; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; her sister, Linda Brown (Hunter) of Emerald Isle; two nephews, one niece and one great niece.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 3 p.m. at Benvenue Baptist Church, Rocky Mount. Burial will follow the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. A visitation will be from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. prior to the service in the Sanctuary of Benvenue Baptist Church.
