Betty Jo Sloan Quincy, 68, passed away February 6, 2021. She was born March 4, 1952 in Nash County to the late Needham Lee and Katie B. Ellis Sloan. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three brothers.

She is survived by her husband, Malvin Quincy; stepsons, Richard Fleming and Malvin Quincy Jr. (April); step daughter, Donna Kermon; sisters Mary Purvis and Wanda Stroud; nine grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

A visitation service will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Cornerstone Funeral Home. A graveside service will be Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park starting at 2 pm.
