DIANE BOONE HOLLAND

ELM CITY - Diane Boone Holland, age 66, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021. Born in Wilson County on November 16, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Jasper Randolph Boone and Stella Mae Stallings Boone. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Billy Boone.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Andrew "Andy" Holland; her son, Kevin Holland (Richelle) of Raleigh; one grandchild; her brothers, Bobby Boone (Ingrid) of Elm City and Phillip Boone (Glennie) of Spring Hope; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Viewing will be held on Sunday, February 7, 2021 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. at Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, a Celebration of Diane's Life will be announced on a later date. With regards to the scheduled Viewing on Sunday, the family is requesting the need for social distancing and wearing of masks due to health concerns faced around our nation at this time.
