ROCKY MOUNT - Wayne Lee Trull passed away peacefully Saturday, November 28, 2020. Born September 17, 1934, in Union County, he was the youngest of the late Preston Carlyle Trull and Ethel Moore Trull's four sons.
He is predeceased by his wife Shirley, daughter-in-law Susan Clements Trull, parents Carl and Ethel, and three brothers, Boyd Carlyle Trull, Neal Trull, and James Ted Trull.
He is survived by friend Nancy Lewis Pridgen with whom he spent much of the last 13 years; his three sons Michael Wayne Trull and wife Sandy Trull of Cary, Phillip Eugene Trull and partner Kelly Suiter of Greenville, and Donald Lee Trull of Rocky Mount; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be scheduled once social distancing restrictions have been lifted. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Lakeside Baptist Church (1501 Sunset Avenue, Rocky Mount, NC 27804) or the Nash UNC Health Care Foundation (2416 Professional Drive, Rocky Mount, NC 27804). |
