ROCKY MOUNT - Iva Gertrude Lewis White, age 96, passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2020. Born in Wilson County on December 30, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Walter R. Lewis and Maggie Johnson Lewis. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Marshall E. White; her sisters, Virginia Rose and Hellen Barber; her brothers, Robert Lewis and Ed Lewis.
She is survived by her sister Joyce Lewis and her nieces and nephews.
A gaveside service was held on Monday, November 16, 2020 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park Chapel on the Hill Mausoleum .
