Whitakers - Funeral services for Melvin W. Richardson, age 62, who died on Monday, September 21, 2020, will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2020 at 1 p.m. from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg with Rev. Linda Taybron officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Church Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Vivian Richardson of the home; two sons, Kelvin Richardson (Christina) of Concord, NC, Trevor Richardson (Jessica) of Castalia; two sisters, Sarita Wilkins (John) of Whitakers, Hazel Lewis (Cleveland) of Wilson; two brothers, Bobby Richardson (Rochelle) and Ernest Richardson, both of Whitakers, NC; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be Saturday evening from 5:00 until 6:00 at Richardson Funeral Home. |
