WHITAKERS - Funeral services for Lula Bell "Teensie" Anistead, age 95, who died on Sunday, July 12, 2020, will be held on Friday, July 17, 2020 at 2 p.m. from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg with Rev. Wilson Battle officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasure Hill Church Cemetery in Whitakers.
She is survived by five daughters, Geraldine Martin, Ethel Coley, Jeanette Bryant, Beulah Bobbitt and Gloria Williams (John), all of Whitakers; one son, Amos Anistead of Rocky Mount; one sister, Annie Marie Bell of Richmond, VA; 35 grandchildren, 74 great-grandchildren, and 36 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday evening from 7 until 8 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home. |
