BILLY RAY MARSHALL

BAILEY - Billy Ray Marshall, 54, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2020. A celebration of Billy's life will be held at a later time. Billy is survived by his son, Kyle Ray Marshall of Dudley and his sister, Sandra Marshall Turner of Saratoga. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Julia Gail Shirley Whitley.
