Else Marks born April 3, 1927, formerly of Castalia, passed away April 6, 2020. No funeral services will be held at this time, but a memorial service will be held when it is safe for friends and family to gather.

Else was born in Germany to parents Wilhelm and Lina Johannes. She is survived by her two brothers Wilhelm and Horst Johannes, her sister Hilde Nunez, and many nieces and nephews in both Germany and the United States.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Marks of Castalia.
