NASHVILLE - David Faulkner Griffith, age 68, passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2020. Born in Victoria County, TX on June 23, 1951, he was the son of the late Norman Early Griffith, Jr. and Alice Elizabeth Faulkner.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Joyce Dowdy Griffith; daughter, Sarah Griffith Hawkins and husband J. Brian, of Boone; and sons, John David Griffith and wife, Teresa, of Red Oak, and Adam Faulkner Griffith of Nashville; six grandchildren; brother, Robert Francis Griffith and wife, Nancy McClintock; two nieces.
A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Rocky Mount, with Father Tim Meares officiating. Burial will follow the Mass at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. |
