DALLAS LORENZA BARNES

ROCKY MOUNT - Dallas Lorenza Barnes passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2020. He was born in Rocky Mount on April 27, 1933 to Hettie Mozelle Barnes and Nathaniel Clyde Barnes. He was preceded in death by his wife of 25 years, Lillie Wood Barnes of the home.

He was survived by two brothers, Tommie Barnes of Sims, J.H. Harrison of Tennensic; sisters, Madora Moyer of Riverview, Florida and Mamie Baines of Colorado and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2020 from 10:30 - 11 a.m. at Old Carriage Road Baptist Church, 1060 North Old Carriage Road, Rocky Moun with the funeral service following at 11 a.m. with Pastor William Harper officiating. Burial will follow at Pineview Cemetery.
