William "Bud" Clarence Etheridge, Jr., 80, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019. He was born January 27, 1939 in Edgecombe County to the late Williams Sr. and Bettie Adkins Etheridge. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers J.D. and Wayne Etheridge; sisters Lois E. Wells, Evelyn E. Alston, Velma E. Pope, Nancy E. Stallings and Betty Jean Fountain.

He is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Services were held Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Marvin Stallings officiating. Burial was at The Town of Whitakers Cemetery.
