Mollie Alston Silver

NASHVILLE - Mollie Alston Silver, 79, died on December 26, 2018.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2018 at 11 a.m. from Pine Chapel Baptist Church in Hollister with Pastor Robert Hedgepeth officiating. Burial will follow in the Tilman Lynch Cemetery.

Survivors include her husband, Larry Silver, of the home; a daughter, Marilyn Silver, of Stockbridge, GA; two sons, Michael Silver and his wife, Linda, of Nashville and Jonathan Silver and his wife, Olive, of Manhattan, NY; four sisters, Queenie Richardson and her husband, Foster, of Whitakers, Thelma Arrington, of Rocky Mount, Dorothy Royster and her husband, Thurman and Elois Evans and her husband, Samuel, both of Nashville; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Open visitation will be Wednesday morning from 10 until 11 a.m. at Pine Chapel Baptist Church in Hollister.
