ROCKY MOUNT - Ida Vick Faucette Briley, age 90, passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018. Born in Nash County on September 1, 1928, she was the youngest child of the late Benjamin Franklin Faucette and Lucy Griffin Faucette. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, George H. "Pete" Briley, Sr.; and her six siblings.
She is survived by her sons, George H. Briley, Jr. and wife, Brenda and Steven F. Briley and wife, Debbie; and daughter, Vickie B. Bullard; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Services were held on Friday, December 14, 2018 in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Burial followed the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park. |
