William Samuel Johnson, 91, passed away Friday, April 20, 2018. He was born September 3, 1926 to the Julius C. and Mary Bone Johnson.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Clara W. Johnson; brother, Hubert Johnson; sisters, Elsie Sherrod, Lessie Taylor and Addlee Johnson.

He is survived by one son, Jerome Johnson and wife Nancy; one sister, Eula Belle Medlin; two grandchildren,; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation with family and friends will be Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held Sunday, April 22, 2018 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Andrews officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
