WINSTON SALEM - Joseph Samuel Jordan, 60, formerly of Castalia, passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2008.

Survivors included his mother, Lovie Brown Jordan, of Spring Hope, son, Jarrett Paige, of Winston Salem, three sisters, Connie Beal, of Winston Salem, Virgie Davis, of Nashville, Leatha Davis, of Rocky Mount, four brothers, Eddie Jordan, of Kearnersville, Glenn Jordan, of Lexington, Willie Jordan and John Jordan, both of Spring Hope.

Wake services were held at Richardson Funeral Home on Saturday, April 3. Funeral services were held on Sunday, April 4 from the Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church. Burial followed in the church cemetary.

Arrangements entrusted to Richardson Funeral Home in Nashville.
