Mildred Mae Finch Stone, 85, of Bailey passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2017. Her funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, September 21, at Middlesex Church of God. Interment will follow in Bailey Town Cemetery. The Rev. Ed Toler will officiate.
The family will receive friends 12 - 1:45 p.m. Thursday prior to service at Middlesex Church of God, 5407 NC 231, Middlesex.
She is survived by two daughters, Janet Stone Sauls and husband Rodger of Garner and Beth Stone Dew and husband, Robert of Wilson; one son, Steve Stone and wife Debra of Middlesex; daughter-in-law, Cheryl Sanders Stone of Raleigh; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Rev. B.D. Stone; parents, Milton Alvin and Nancy Batchelor Finch; son, Linwood Stone; sisters, Eleanor Finch Arthur and Geraldine Finch Wassman.
