Lyman Hoggard Boseman of Rocky Mount passed away May 15, 2017. Lyman was born on January 28, 1928.
He is survived by his wife Maidie of 67 years, his son Joel (Jean) Boseman, his daughter Nancy Griffin, and sister Joyce Bunn; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his son Lyman Bruce Boseman, his brothers J.T Boseman, Jr. and Jimmie D. Boseman.
A private family memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday May 17th at St. John's Episcopal Church in Battleboro.
A public visitation will be held at the home of Jean and Joel Boseman at 42 Cool Spring Road, Rocky Mount from 4 - 6 p.m. on Wednesday May 17th.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be sent to St. John's Episcopal Church Building Fund at PO Box 577, Battleboro, NC 27809.
