Terry Allen Vick, age 65, of Rocky Mount, passed away Saturday, December 3, 2016. Born in Rocky Mount on December 15, 1950, he was the son of the late Paul A. Vick and Mildred Mills Vick. He was also preceded in death by his son, Terry Allen Vick, Jr.; his first wife, Paula Burnette Vick; his grandson, William Allen Carter; and his brother, Dannie Vick.

He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Joan Vick; his daughter, Julie Carter and husband, Ron; his step-son, Tyler Lester and wife, Kelly; his step-daughter, Emily Lester; five grandchildren; sister, Judy Vick; and sister-in-law, Rita Vick.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Rev. Mark Eby officiating. Burial will follow at Battleboro Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service.
