Sylvia (Evelyn ) Finch Bryant, age 87, of Spring Hope, passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2016.

Funeral services were held Friday, June 17, 2016 at at Samaria Baptist Church, Middlesex, with Rev. Tim Hopkins officiating. Burial followd at Bailey Town Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Gussie Stott Finch, her husbands, John W. Cone and Kenneth M. Bryant and sister, Jewel Finch.

She is survived by sisters, Aileen Temple of Burlington and Astor Rae Coleman and husband Durand of Sims; a brother, Numa Finch of Bailey; stepsons, Carlton Bryant and friend Celena Curtis and Jimmy Dale Bryant of Middlesex; several nieces and nephews and the extended Bryant and Cone families.

Flowers are welcome or donations may be made to Samaria Baptist Church, 3752 Samaria Church Lane, Middlesex, NC 27557.
