Paul "Dick Bass" Gardner, 80, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2016. He was born on March 21, 1936 in Nash County to the late Leonard and Irene Sullivan Gardner. Dick was also preceded in death by his brother, Billy Bass.
He is survived by his sisters, Dorothy Driver and Dale Joyner and husband Alton; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with pastor Vernon Potter officiating.
