JAMES A. RACKLEY

James A. Rackley, 90, passed away Friday, September 26, 2014.  He was born in Nash County June 13, 1924 to the late Frank A. Rackley and Molly U. Evans. In addition to his parents, Mr. Rackley was preceded in death by his wife, Nina M. Rackley; sisters, Mary Etta Cooper and Agnes Floyd.
He is survived by daughters, Julia Coley  and husband, Johnny, Nina Langley and husband, Alan, Laura Pendergrass and husband, J.J.; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and sister, Minnie B. Webb.
A graveside service was held Monday, September 29, 2014 at Forest Hill Cemetery.  The family received friends Sunday evening at Cornerstone Funeral Home.
