Jessie Dan Web, 71, passed away May 16, 2014. He was born in Rocky Mount on June 25, 1942 to the late Thad and Nannie Mae Webb.
He is survived by his wife of 50 ½ years, Margaret Jean Webb of the home; his daughter, Tresa Webb and fiancé Mark Joyner of Rocky Mount; son, Dean Webb and wife Rhonda of Rocky Mount; four grandchildren; and brother, Thad Webb and wife Margaret of Durham.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Mahlon Webb; sister, Janice Lindsey; nephew, Randall Webb; and niece, Leslie Osorio.
A service was held Sunday, May 18, 2014 at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Wood officiating.  Burial followed the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the building fund of Harvest Baptist Church where Dan attended.
