LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Eva Evans Brown, 79, who died Saturday, April 26, 2014, were held Saturday, May 3, at Jones Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Thomas Richardson officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Surviving: daughters, Elizabeth Evans (Richard) of Spring Hope, Mary Wardrick (Milton) of Louisburg, Deion Brandon (Alfrides) of Buther Glen Va., and Tammy Brown of Cary; sons, James Brown (Doris) of Louisburg, Steven Brown (Delores) and Anthony Brown (Davidsine), all of Raleigh; sisters, Inetta Evans, Gennie Evans and Barbara Davis, all of Louisburg; brothers, James Evans, Percy Evans Jr., Douglas Evans and Michael Evans, all of Louisburg; 18 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
