BEULAH COMMUNITY NEWS
I hope everyone had a safe Memorial Day weekend. I want everyone to remember all the tornado victims in your prayers. Sometimes each of us think we have problems but when that happens we should all remember those who have major problems, like the people in Moore Oklahoma and other storm areas.

We want to offer sincere sympathy to Mrs. Lettie Nelms and her family. Her youngest son John Lee Nelms in Graham, NC, passed away a few days ago. Another one of her sons, Jimmy Nelms, is having some health problems and in the hospital. Keep that family in your prayers.

I want to say Happy Birthday to my and William’s son, Danny Enroughty. He turned 54 years old on Sunday, the 26th. Others with birthdays in May are Joseph Enroughty, Greg Webb, Herbert Dawes, Tim Bradshaw. William Enroughty and Jack Outlaw had birthdays earlier in the month - Jack the second and William the fourth. I hope all their birthdays were happy and they all have a great year ahead. May they all be blessed with good health also.

We still have many sick friends to keep in our prayers. Some are Mildred Catlette, Darwell Daniels, Frances Massengale, Mary Massengale, Maebelle Hardy, Bell Rose, Jim Walker and family, Vickie Parker, Brandi and Daniel Bowden, Joe Radford, Jackie Coggin, Pattie Batchelor Dozier, Dale Smith and baby Morton (unborn child with possible case of spina bifada.) Family of Alton Daniels. Keep these friends in your prayers and any others you may know about.

The beautiful flowers on Sunday were placed in the church by Pam Bailey. The praise team Sunday were great singing. They were Daniel, Trey, Amber, Cloe and Trey West. We were really glad to have visitors on Sunday and pray they will continue to come.

We had a good sermon on Sunday, brought to us by Daniel West on “God’s Messenger.” Thought for the week: Trust is like a mirror, you can fix it if it’s broken, but you can still see that crack in the reflection.

Have  a safe week.
