Doris Hedgepeth Long, aged 90, passed away on November 20, 2012.
She is preceded in death by her son, Edward Jenkins, and one granddaughter, Pamela Jenkins.
Doris is survived by her three sons: Clarence R. Jenkins of Rocky Mount, John H. Jenkins of Jacksonville, FL and H. Levi Jenkins of Rocky Mount; one sister Elaine Fureler of Halifax and a brother, Tommy Hayes; eight grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service was held in the Chapel Mausoleum at Rocky Mount Memorial Park, Wednesday, November 21, 2012.
