Bonnie Faye Mitan, age 65, passed away January 13, 2012. She was born October 30, 1946 in Jesup Georgia and later moved with her family to Roanoke Rapids. She was preceded in death by her parents Leonard and Rosa.
She is survived by her husband Bob; son Eric Wells and his wife Amy; two grandchildren; step daughter Andrea Mitan; sisters Lawanna Mena and husband Ismael, Linda Glidden, Rita Kitrell; brother Harold Swails; sister-in-law Sharon Lynn Cave and husband Will.
Funeral services were held Monday, January 16 at 2 p.m. at Johnson Funerals and Cremations, 661 English Road, Rocky Mount, followed by burial at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
