DORIS MANNING YOUNG

MOMEYER - Doris M. Young, age 79 died Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at Guardian Care of Zebulon.

A funeral service was held Sunday, February 6, at 2:30 p.m. from the chapel of Spring Hope Funeral Home with Rev. Buddy Rodgerson officiating. Interment followed in Manning Family Cemetery.

She is survived by two sisters, Ethel Marie Moss of Henderson; Ewilda Brantley of Spring Hope; three brothers, Willard Elias Manning of Bailey; William David Manning of Wendell; Donald Stone Manning of Evington, Virginia; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and a daughter-in-law, Melissa Whitehead.

The family received friends one hour prior to the funeral service.
